Articles about Newgrounds members[]
An article about a user may be permitted if:
- The member has been mentioned in a news update, both here and/or on Newgrounds.
- S/he has made or is making a series that has its own page.
- S/he has won at least 3 Portal awards.
- S/he runs a site affiliate.
- His/her name comes up in the NG BBS Search at least three times.
It is usually not a good idea to make an article about yourself unless you are, in fact notable.
Articles about Newgrounds crews[]
An article about a Flash crew or group may be permitted if:
- A collab by the crew has made front page.
- Two or more collabs by the crew have received Portal awards
- Two or more members have Portal awards.
- They have started a significant squabble with another notable crew or NG.
- Their official site is a site affiliate.
- The crew has a Collection page.
That means your little no-name spam crew you started last week which doesn't have a single submission is nothing to write an article about. No exceptions. However, if you feel there are more valid criteria for being notable that isn't listed here, feel free to bring it up on the talk page.
