Opening Para[]
This page actually needs an opening paragraph, summing up what the Portal is. Perhaps quoting this from the FAQ:
"The Flash Portal is a total Flash free-for-all. Anyone can upload a movie, anyone can view it, and everyone will vote on it. Good movies will stay high in the ranks, while bad ones will fall to the depths of obscurity"
Quality of Page[]
The above quote, like many parts of the FAQ, is not literaly accurate- most people who view it will NOT vote on it. This should remind us that we can do FAR better than the existing FAQ/ Internal wiki if we put our minds to it- we can put in pictures, we can compare the Features with other sites, we can talk about the history of the features, give examples, include quotes and opinions...

This page needs to be perfect. It could include more info, such as a para or even a page about The Gang. Perhaps it should be Front Paged in due course.

Rules for submission[]
We need to display all the rules, or a link to them. I went into the list you get when you go to Submit, but the two "recent" rules have gone!
