Swivel is an Adobe Flash to High Definition Video converter available for download from Newgrounds.
It was announced by Tom Fulp himself on January 27, 2013 in a newspost in the forums[1] and is largely the brainchild of Mike Welsh, a programmer and Newgrounds staff member.
Reception
Swivel has received a generally positive response from flash animators and viewers alike, as it allows non-flash capable devices, such as iPhones, to view content submitted to Newgrounds with greater ease.
