Ryan Miller, (known under the alias rtil) is an established Author on Newgrounds, creating several well-received animations from 2005 to 2009 both as a solo creator, and a contributor to the Star Syndicate (under his alt xtil).

After an eight year hiatus from NG on 2011-2019, he has largely stopped making animations and now draws both SFW and NSFW art.
