PsychoGoldfish created the Newgrounds advertising revenue system in 2007. From 2007 until 2012 he was developing the Newgrounds Chat system, at which point a public chat was released, which became NG-Supporter only in 2016. In response, he submitted a Hip Hop song explaining himself. He is mainly known for his work on the Medals System and the Newgrounds Chat, and he helped Rob apparently with the Art Portal. He claims in one post he prefers Audio Portal over any other thing any day. In 2018 he released a forum update.

PsychoGoldfish has usually collaborated with other Newgrounds staff members to create games. Pico Roulette Pico Unloaded: The Game, and Alloy: Arena are all examples of this. Combined with his solo projects, he has received 32 awards since 2000, including eleven Daily Features.Around 2007,PsychoGoldfish collaborated with Edmund McMillen (Bluebaby) to create a Multiplayer,Single Screen RTS called GRUB.A Few weeks into development,the game was cancelled because PsychGolfish got hired by newgrounds.com.
