Neil Stephen Cicierega (born August 23, 1986) is an American comedian, actor, filmmaker, singer, YouTuber, musician, songwriter, puppeteer, artist, and animator. He is also known as Lemon Demon, having created various songs under this pseudonym such as eBaums world dot com or The Ultimate Showdown. He also created Potter Puppet Pals, which originally started on Newgrounds. His Newgrounds username is Trapezoid.
Career[]
Trapezoid joined on May 22, 2001. Previously, he had created an series of bizarre flash animations called "Animutations" Animutations featured arbitrary, nonsensical scenes and pop culture imagery and are typically set to novelty or foreign music, often from the Japanese version of Pokémon. These were later re-uploaded to Newgrounds.
On 2003, he published the first 2 episodes of Potter Puppet Pals, which were animated on Flash. That same year, he created the solo band "Lemon Demon" to make music. Some of his musical videos were uploaded to Newgrounds, animated by altffour, such as the previously mentioned eBaums world dot com and the hit The Ultimate Showdown, which is to this date one of the most important Newgrounds flash cartoons. Despite Neil has been inactive on Newgrounds since 2007, he has moved on to YouTube.
