Jeffrey James Weise (August 8, 1988 – March 21, 2005) (AKA Regret) was a Flash artist who created two violent flash movies titled, “Clown” and “Target Practice”. He committed a school shooting on March 21, 2005 and committed suicide soon after the shooting.

School Shooting
On March 21, 2005, in Red Lake high school, Minnesota, Weise killed a total of nine people before shooting himself. These included his grandfather, his girlfriend, a security guard, and five other students, and a teacher, while injuring at least fifteen other people.
He used two handguns, a shotgun and a bullet proof vest he stole off the security guard he killed earlier which were recovered by the police in the aftermath of the shooting.
