Max Gilardi, also known as Max G and or by his pseudonym HotDiggedyDemon, was a popular Flash Animator on Newgrounds who was known for his Wacky Game Jokez 4 Kidz series, as well as various other original works and parody animations.

Max began submitting movies to the Flash Portal as early as 2003. He was an immediate hit, with each of his submissions usually winning at least a daily award and, weekly awards for movies like The Maxwell Edison Story. In 2007, he began his Jerry series, which won him three Weekly Users' Choice awards, two weekly seconds, and three Tank Awards nominations. However, he also continued to create independent projects. In 2010, he shifted his attention to a new series called Wacky Game Jokez 4 Kidz, more commonly referred to as "WGJ4K". This series parodied the treatment of video games and video game related contents on the internet, and particularly on Newgrounds. However, despite widespread success, he would stop uploading cartoons to Newgrounds in 2012 and put a stronger focus on Youtube.

After switching to Youtube, Max would gain even more success for his parody animations and original works, including his FNAF[1] parody and Super Mario parody[2]. He would also create his analysis series Brain Dump[3] where he reviews movies and TV shows like the Powerpuff Girls.

In total, HotDiggedyDemon has won over 45 awards, including 13 Daily Features and four Weekly Users' Choice awards. From 2007 to 2009, four of his movies were Tank Awards nominees. As of September 2010, his various submissions have over 7 million views.
On Youtube, Max has amassed 395 million views with an almost 2 million subscriber count in total[4].
