Adam Vierra, better known as Coolboyman (sometimes spelled Koolboyman, or shortened to KBM) is an American programmer and NG user. He created the StrawberryClock alt account when he was 14 and has been linked with that persona ever since.
Despite still occasionally using the SBC account to post movies, he doesn't like being known as StrawberryClock anymore. He explained that he wanted to be more than just SBC and wanted to concentrate on his career in a post on the official CC website in 2005.
His current occupation is programming for various games and he is interested in writing and he occasionally visits the BBS.
Movies/Games[]
Coolboyman had over 100 flash submissions pass judgment, of which half of them still exist. These have since been listed under the account "ClassicCoolboyman". He has won only 7 trophies, mainly Turds and Underdogs of the Week
His current account has relatively fewer submissions, with 4 collaborated movies and 3 games.
Coolboyman's BBS Posts[]
Coolboyman talks about his plans for games and interacts with other users on technical details. He occasionally comments on the SBC account and talked about his visit to Comic Con 2006. Apparently, he was pictured in a group photo by Toonimated but the link is broken.
Beyond Newgrounds[]
Between 2004 and 2016, Coolboyman developed two Pokemon ROM hacks, Pokemon Brown, and Pokemon Prism.
Current projects[]
In late 2018, he revealed The Wu Xing, an indie monster game he was working on, showcasing some concept art on Twitter. As of Feb 2024, there have been no new updates since Dec 2019
Coolboyman is currently producing an unnamed cartoon pilot. In mid-2023, he was hiring a small team of artists, animators, and voice actors to work on the project.
