Bird Tapper is a series (primarily consisting of games, though the series debuted as a movie) created by ProsciuttoMan. It follows the eponymous Birdgil "Bird Tapper" Tappington's journey to defeat an army of purple soldiers headed by the "Warlord" Bruce.

Bird Tapper's Biggest Fan[]
Bird Tapper's debut was as a stand-in for the character Faby from Flappy Bird in the cartoon "Bird Tapper's Biggest Fan"
This cartoon follows two boys playing a game similar to Flappy Bird, known as "Bird Tapper" (referencing the game's gameplay, based on tapping the Bird to pass through tubes). The titular "biggest fan" is outdone by his brother and thus he attempts to murder him, only to be shot by a man in his underwear with makeup that resembles Bird Tapper.

Later, Bird Tapper would be turned into its own game series.
Although every submissions in the series is wildly different, some recurring elements tend to carry over: such as Bird Tapper using a massive fist to attack enemies, the use of pixel-art, and soldiers appearing as the game's main enemies.
Bird Tapper and the Great Krampusnacht Cleansing[]
The debut game in the series, Great Krampusnacht Cleansing follows Bird Tapper as he attempts to rescue several puppies abducted by the violet army, who have summoned the air of three "great beasts".
The game adopts an overhead camera angle reminiscent of The Legend of Zelda.
Bird Tapper: Purple Platoon Panic[]
Purple Platoon Panic is the second game in the series, and acts as an autorunner platformer. The game has often been described as a reimagining of Super Meat Boy Forever.
Bird Tapper Easy Mode[]
A more abstract game than the previous entries, Easy Mode was described as a commentary on the discourse surrounding accessibility in games. ProsciuttoMan argues in a blogpost discussing the game that Easy Mode was meant to comment on how accessibility in games has transitioned from allowing everyone to partake in challenge to eliminating difficulty completely.
Bird Tapper's Retro Challenge
Bird Tapper's Retro Challenge is a reimagining of the original Super Mario Bros, but featuring infinite continues and a seamless map without loading screens.
Bird Tapper vs the Krampus Fellowship Clan
An expansion and "sequel" to Purple Platoon Panic featuring levels designed by the community, the game is notable for featuring interactions with the original Purple Platoon Panic: for example characters and skins can be unlocked in KFC which the player can use in PPP. The game's story centers on Bird Tapper's car being stolen by a ninja clan.

Bird Tapper is a yellow bird with large googly-eyes, long, thin legs, a pointy orange beak, and a question mark-shaped hair protruding form his head (though in the first game of the series, he is mostly white and blue due to the game's GameBoy-like art style). Bird Tapper has a muscular arm, which appears in most games of the series as his primary method of attack.
It was explained that Bird Tapper is a parody of mobile gaming tropes. This is, in fact, why the character is a bird, parodying games like Flappy Bird or Angry Birds.
